Market approach
RICS Valuation – Global Standards, Effective from 31 January 2022, Published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in November 2021, defines market approach as: ‘An approach that provides an indication of value by comparing the subject asset with identical or similar assets for which price information is available.’
